Working in a group of people is important because It can improve my confidants and it can help me if I am nervous so when we did it in a group of people trying to make hand made telephone kind of thing by using some string and some cups to do it. I did enjoy it and at the same time I wasn't nervous and that shows that I have improved myself by being confident in my group and believing them. One of my PDP aims was to overcome me being nervous and when we did the activity I got over that and that is showing that I have improved and that I can do more things and for example me asking for help when I need it and on the same week I overcame both things and that was just by work with the group on Photoshop and I wasn't scared to ask for the help of my friends and the teacher. For this week I have achieved my targets and improved a lot just by working in a team I over came being quiet and also I asked for help for the first time and that shows that I'm progressing over the weeks and I have successful reached my aim.
For my next aim that I will try and reach and get that aim will be on the presentations skills and my target is to be more confident and speak clearly.

Parwar Abdullah 10 (Building a PC while on a time limit (deadline)

My final aim on my personal development plan is the deadline and the deadline is very important because that is when you have to hand in all of the work that you have done for an example I have to give all of my work in before Tuesday 9th January. Deadlines also can be for a group of people or just one and has another example we did an activity on building a PC and it was in a group of 3-4 people and I was in charge of who gets to do what and that activity really helped me in my leadership effectively also we did have a time limit and we did thanks to my past activity in groups and as a team leader we pulled it off showing that I have improved myself and that I can do things independently or in group of people. The deadlines I use to have problems but now I don't and this is because I do go after lessons to the library to do more work so that I can meet my deadlines and move on. So that does show that I have reached my final aim and that I can now focus 100% on my work being done.
This is the final of my blog as it has been 10 weeks that I have been doing this and seeing how I have improved my self over those week and it also all of these things will be very helpful to me in my future career.

Parwar Abdullah 5 (Attendance to the Lessons/Classes)

I have been looking at my attendance and I'm trying to improve but my attendance is 100% every time, and the reason I want to improve my attendance is because I am always arrive late to class and I have thought of a way to make me come to my lessons and I have also put this in my PDP and that is to have a alarm that is going to wake you up and over the week I have gotten better at waking up and going to lessons, so I really do thing that I have improved my time management and coming to lesson on time as well and this is because every time I am late I miss something at the beginning of the lesson. Even in a job they will want you to turn up on time, so this past week I have turned up and have done my work to catch up.
For my next aim which is for next week, I will work on my commutations skills and how it will improve me and my work.

I think that I have fully improved on my proof reading because I started to go over my work just has I said I would in my PDP and I said that I would take my time in reading it and get a friend to read for me and I did that and it all when the way that I wanted and at the beginning my proof reading was bad but now I have improved my proof reading and I did this by going over one of my work that is on the barriers in a conversation and one had the corrected words and spelling and one of them had lots of mistakes and I went over it because in my PDP aims was to go over it and improve it and I have improved it because I could spot the errors and I tried to correct them all and I did learn from my mistakes so now if I did a document or a presentation I will be able to do it without mistakes. This has been effective because it has increased my English and grammar skills over the week and I did go online to complete some spelling and grammar test and I did it over and over util I got it right. Overall proof reading my work and going online to complete a task as really helped me improve.
