Parwar Abdullah 9 (Skills that I need to get for future jobs)

In my PDP there are three things that I really want to improve myself on and one is my leadership which I think that I am doing really good in and that is because we had an activity in groups of A,B,C and D and I was in charge of the teams and one of the team members wasn’t talking, so I made him join in as a leader and to show my determination that I’m talking part of activity and these skills of a leadership an really help me in a job that I want in the future. They where two aims that I wanted to reach and that was to be confident in myself when I am a leader. The aims that I had last week I did achieve them this week when we were doing the acitvity I improved myself and overcame my aims that I had on my PDP and what I said I was going to do last week. However I still do thing that I need to work more on my leadership when we are on a time limit. The determiaton confidents and the leadership will all help me in my future career as well.
The next target that was on my PDP which is probably one of the most impotant thing and that is the time limit or the deadline that the work needs to be handed in and I want to hand all of my work in before the Tuesday 9th January.

Parwar Abdullah 2 (Barriers in Conversions and to overcome them)
New
This work showed me how to avoid the barriers in a conversation and how it can help me with my communicating skills so we did some activity's in class showing us how to overcome them and they have been really effective and helpful to me and I have used them to get better and I also used my PDP to help me improve has well. It also really benefited me because I learnt not to mumble and to speak clearly and more confident so that others can understand me. The way that it helped me was the activity of group task that we did and we had to speak to other people and each time it was with different barriers. I need to do this because in the future I will speak to people in a group and the activity really helped me and know I am able to avoid the barriers. So I really do feel more confident in having a conversions with people and I feel it will really help me in the future.
For my next aim in next week I will try and improve my proof reading because that is an area that I need to focus on.

Parwar Abdullah 1 (My PDP and aims)

My PDP really helps me to improve and helps me for my future career so I have made 5 targets that would help improve me for my career path in the future because I will always have targets to complete and they will make me active and also make me try harder to reach those targets and I think that this targets will improve me. Its also going to benefit me because it helps me to be even more prepared so that I have an idea of whats ahead and the next thing to do. I have also set important dates on mt PDP to have this finished and I wanted to do this because I want to be pushed harder to meet my targets and the aims. I have done these targets and It has helped me improve in many ways and also my targets have been very effective and had a massive effect one me.
For next week my aim will be to try and overcome the barriers in a conversations so I know how to avoid any barriers.

I have made a really good improvements to my CV and I am getting a better hang of it I have put it into detail and talked about how it will help, also I did say that I will make a better CV last week and I finally have done it and I did write more then one CV because on my PDP it said that I need to more then one and this is to make sure that the quality was really good and to a stranded level and I had my tutors read my CV to make sure that they where all good and I wanted to see if they would gave me a reference. The CV is really important because it defines what kind of a person you are and when I did the CV it helped me to improve my punctuation and my grammar so "yes" by doing the CV, I did improved myslef even more. Last week I said that I will achieve this when I did my "Proof Reading".
For my next aim is the attendance to lessons and how I need to improve my Attendance and talk about having an alarm so I can come to lesson 5 minutes earlier.

The one thing that I did to improve myself in communicating was that I presented information to a large group of people and I used "overcoming the barriers" and I was more confident in communicating to other people because I have improved my communicating skills and I did this in a activity by talking to each other and with that activity I was able to present myself to the group of people correctly and I had the right attitude and the language and that shows that I have achieved my aim of work in a group. My communication skills also came in really will when I did my CV because it helped out a lot and also shows that I am improving myself and also reaching for my aims at the same time So thanks to the activity in lesson and my PDP I was able to improve.
My next aim for next week well be that, I will try and improve my Team work and how it will help me improve.

I have done my presentations on an actor Dwayne Johnson and I talked about he did because the presentation was to talk about what the do and how it gave and effect on people and Dwayne Johnson was a person who inspired a lot of people and to keep move forward and that is what I did I moved forward and improved myself my reaching for my targets which was to speak clearly and have the confidants to stand up in front of the whole class. I did do this and when I went up to the board everyone was listening and at that moment I knew that I had to speak clearly and I did because before that we had a little activity in a group talking about our presentation and that activity really gave me a boost in helping me improve my confidents and to speak clearly and when I went up and I did it, I talked about my presentation in a clear voice, I stood up straight and I looked at the audeince as well. The thing that I do need to improve is not to have a piece of paper with information on, so I do need to work on some areas still.
That week I had another presentation that I did in english and I did improve myself by not having the information on a peice of paper and I did all of the presentation by myself and I am confident on doing presentations without paper in my hands and I can look the audenice more now because I have got more understanding kniw then ever.
For the next aim on my PDP is I need to work on some of my general skills that I need like the determination or the confdenice and the leadership and I’m going to talk about how they improved me.
